Course

Course access is by application. Applying is free and an application may be declined. If approved, access is granted after payment of €47 + VAT.

Access is personal and does not expire. The access password is for the student’s use; sharing it publicly gives us the right to change it.

Refunds

If you feel the course was not useful after watching it, we refund the amount on request within 30 days of payment. No explanation is required.

Content

The cases presented are real and use relative figures. The course is training material, not consulting advice: you remain responsible for decisions in your business.

Agency services

Assessment, implementation and maintenance are contracted through a written proposal, with scope and price defined for each project. Nothing on this site constitutes a commercial offer.
